Map - Highway 401 from Toronto to Windsor/Detroit
The 401 Highway is the main freeway used by those driving from the Toronto area to the Windsor/Detroit border crossing, where they join I-75 south. This set of strip maps covers the route from Toronto to the border at the Ambassador Bridge.
I drew and released an earlier version of these map in 1996 as a "mail out" bonus for those who bought our first "I-75" books. They have now been updated and converted to a three page set of maps which can be printed in a "landscape" format, to take with you in your car. Important - please note: A number of Highway 401 rest areas are currently closed while undergoing reconstruction. This set of maps has been updated to show the rest areas which are open as of June, 2010.
