So . . . you don't need a book to drive Interstate-75 to Florida. After all, you live beside the southbound ramp and have driven the route for 15 years. Heck, you could drive this puppy in your sleep!!! We hear it all the time.

And then somebody gives you the book as a gift, and all of a sudden it"s the best thing since "sliced bread!" We hear this all the time . . . too!!!

You and your family have decided to drive right through the night to Florida, and you are behind the wheel. It's 3 o'clock in the morning and your gas gage is showing "empty." Do you know where the next all-night gas station is?

Better get outta there ... Although I-75 does NOT cut through Preble, it is just to the south and west of your position (tornadoes usually track north & east), so you could be driving right into a tornadoes path.

Radio station WSB-750AM has Captain Herb's traffic reports every 10 minutes. On page 195 we give you Captain Herb's traffic map of Atlanta. On page 193 we list the best traffic radio stations for the entire trip. On the 25 mile maps, you will also find roads (printed in brown) parallel to the interstate so if you have to leave it at any time, you still know where you are going.
